1. Scope and Application

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern all purchases made on PingMyNetwork via our website https://pingmynetwork.com. By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($) and are final at checkout.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Link.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are granted only if the customer provides official proof of failure of the CCNA exam.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Failure to use the platform or complete the training.
    • Dissatisfaction without a valid and justified reason.
  • Digital services purchased on PingMyNetwork are non-refundable except under the conditions above.

4. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, ensuring industry-standard security. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension, and legal action may be pursued.

5. Consumer Rights & Legal Compliance

In compliance with French and EU consumer protection laws, customers have specific rights regarding online purchases. As this is a digital product, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Users acknowledge that once access to the purchased digital content is provided, the purchase is final and non-reversible.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PingMyNetwork provides networking simulation tools and educational content for training purposes only. We do not guarantee CCNA exam success or any certification outcome.

We are not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to:

  • Missed certification opportunities.
  • Loss of earnings or professional impact due to exam results.
  • Technical issues or interruptions affecting access to the platform.

The platform and its content are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haute-Garonne, France.
