Payment Methods & Processing

All payments on PingMyNetwork are securely processed via Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna

Payments are processed in USD ($) and charged immediately at checkout.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if you fail the official CCNA exam and provide valid proof.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • ✔ Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
  • ✔ You must provide official proof of failure (e.g., exam result from Cisco).

Exclusions:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the simulation platform.
  • Any reason unrelated to failing the official CCNA exam.

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at contact@pingmynetwork.com with:

  • ✔ Your purchase receipt.
  • ✔ A copy of your official exam result.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or restrict access to our platform.
  • Deny future purchases.

Security & Fraud Prevention

All transactions are encrypted and securely handled by Stripe.

Any fraudulent activity will be reported and may result in legal action.
